Take Your Efforts to the Next Level

I am very thankful to be surrounded by multiple high income earners who do not believe in being at the top by themselves, but yet, they help their team members no matter what.  It really means a lot when your upline sends personal messages, tips, and advice to their downline members because they want to see everyone succeed in the business and in life.  I have never been in an organization when one of the top earners in a company provides marketing information, hosts special conferences and conference calls with millionaires to help you be successful in life so that you can truly experience a life of financial independence.  It is because of this that I am so motivated to continue on this journey and continue paying what I’ve been given forward to others so that we can all experience the lives we’ve always dreamed about. 

We’ve all been told that we should find ways to work smarter instead of working harder.  Well this weekend, I have decided to take my efforts to the next level by implementing some of the training courses that have been suggested by my mentor.  They are being successful and I want to follow in their footsteps.  One thing that I plan to do is start reading more books.  In all the successes I’ve been following, I’ve noticed a common characteristic and that is a book list.  My upline and their upline all have a list of books they read and re-read.  This truly makes a difference and really brings home the phrase about leaders being readers.  I’m so excited right now.  If you are not where you want to be in your profession, seek out successful people who have been where you are and plug into what they are doing and listen to what they have to say and put it into action.  Have an awesome day!
