Break is Over

Every now and then it is a great idea to take a break from your routine.  If you don't, it can cause a serious case of burnout and it could be detrimental to your overall health and wellness.

Over the past month, I did just that.  I took a little break from my routine to allow for time to refocus and rededicate my life to achieving my personal goals and objectives.  I was feeling completely overwhelmed at one point and made the decision that I needed to take a step back and to really evaluate where I was in life, what I had set forth to accomplish and where I still needed to be.  It was a true life changing experience and it made me really realize what was important and to filter out things and activities that I was doing.

Now, the break is over and back to the daily grind of engaging and inspiring others to take action in their lives and to be the best they can be in life no matter what stage of the game they may be at this time.
