Happy, Excited, and Overjoyed

The three words in the title describe just a small portion of how I feel today.  I’m happy, excited, and overjoyed.  Not only will there be an NFL preseason football game on tonight with my home team, the Dallas Cowboys, in action against the San Diego Chargers, but things are getting very interesting in my business endeavors.  On yesterday, I received my first consulting contract and check from a local vendor do to a consulting project for his company to help in improve his revenues and increase his customers and clients.  When I received the signed contract and the check for my services, I just broke down into tears of joy.  My purpose is to help others either in their personal life or in their professional life and all of those phone calls made and emails sent and letters written and mailed is starting to pay off.  I love to see others prosper and to see that ray of sunshine in their faces when the light bulb goes off when they realize that there is a better and more efficient way of doing business while saving money and increasing their client base.  I’m so grateful!  Just like the words from the new book by Bishop T.D. Jakes, “the profits will follow your purpose.”  I can say that I am a true testimony to this.  I did not expect this to happen so soon and the business owner has even given my information to some of his fellow business friends.  This is the beginning of something huge!!  Have a wonderful day!!  GO COWBOYS!!!
